Love and Romance in Nana - ddttrh.info
While I watched this beautiful anime, all I could think of was how each character was reacting to one another. As I continued to watch, falling deeper into fangirl hell, I started to wonder what path the relationships in Nana would take. Would they work out like I wanted? Or would they crumble and fall? Would they end at a standstill resulting in me hating the author for all of eternity?
I will also be writing several refreshers for the characters. She fell in love with Takumi but then went out with Yasuhi. When her band decided to go to Tokyo, Yasuhi broke their relationship.
Takumi Ichinose Takumi Ichinose is the bassist for Trapnest. His family life is filled with emptiness and neglect.
Nana, Vol. 6
Throughout his life, he is known for being a womanizer and a workaholic. Later in the anime, he proposes to Nana Komatsu after she becomes pregnant. The two of them grew up together and were practically family. Layla was completely infatuated with Takumi, but he showed no signs of any other love besides familial affection. Welcome to the family zone, Layla. He took care of Layla and trusted her to sing well for their band. While they were still teenagers, Yasu and Layla dated.
He is love with Nana Osaki now. Because of this, she took refuge by dating Yasushi Takagi Yasu. Of course, a relationship like that would never last. Layla was always keeping an eye on Takumi even though she was dating Yasu. Yasu noticed this so when Layla left her hometown with her band to go to Tokyo, he let her go by breaking off the relationship.
Later, when Layla noticed that Yasu went to Tokyo to find a record deal for Black Stones, she was slightly outraged and jealous. How could Yasu leave his hometown for Nana and the Black Stones but not her? To me, this relationship was just a distraction for Layla. It seems like she tried to hide her damaged feelings by pretending to be deeply in love with Yasu.
Yasu finally had an excuse to release Layla when she said her band was going to Tokyo. However, Yasu tried his best to stay away from Layla when he moved to Tokyo to find a record deal for Black Stones.
He was too ashamed to admit to Layla the true reason why he left her. He is actually 15 despite looking tall and mature. Sometimes, Shin wishes that he was never born because of his dysfunctional family. Because Shin runs away from home and needs money, he moonlights as a prostitute.
He eventually falls in love with one of his clients, Layla Serizawa. At first, these two had a prostitute and client relationship. Layla was tired of being alone so when Shin gave her his business card, she took up the chance and asked him to spend the night with her. He started to gain an interest in her even though it seemed like Shin was just teasing Layla.
I believe Shin started to fall in love with Layla when he saw her working on a song for Trapnest. He watched her as she sang her heart out and cried that night. With that, he realized how pure and broken Layla was. She started to pour her heart to him. I think that this triggered Shin to want to genuinely take care of Layla and make her cheerful. Layla wore a fake mask over her face and heart to hide her sorrow. Shin tried to get rid of the misery in her heart so she could take mask off.
As I said before, Takumi and many others put pressure onto Layla because she was the face of Trapnest.
- Takumi Ichinose
If her image was sullied, then Trapnest could potentially fall. More than anything, Layla wants to be free from her expectations, but she has to put a figurative mask on. Shin frees her from some of her misery by being someone she can talk to freely. Nana Komatsu Nana Komatsu is one of the leads in the anime. She has personal connections to both the Black Stones and Trapnest. Throughout her life, Nana searches for true love.
She gets cheated on by her long-time boyfriend Shoji Endo and then has a fling with Takumi Ichinose. He comes from a rich family that owns an inn. Nobu is very passionate about music. After seeing Nana Komatsu struggle with finding the love her life, Nobuo starts to develop feelings for her.
Eventually, the two start dating but then they fall apart when Nana gets pregnant by Takumi. I know that many people wished that Nana ended up with Nobuo instead of Takumi. Nana needs constant care and attention. Since Takumi was obviously not giving her enough, she ran to a guy who she knew would. That guy would be Nobuo.
Why did Nobuo even get attracted to a girl like Nana? On the other hand, Nana Komatsu nicknamed Hachiis a clumsy, cute and spoiled girl who loves feminine things and who depends on others, while Nana is more independent. Hachi is a person who needs love and easily falls in love in order to function normally, while Nana seeks fame and recognition, mostly because of her tragic past and childhood. The plot in Nana revolves mostly around their love lives and relationships, and some of the most notable relationships will be covered in this article.
Nana and Ren Nana met Ren for the first time at the gig in Meguro, their home town. Her high school friend Nobu took her there because he wanted to show her how cool Ren's band was. The moment she saw him she was captivated with his aura and later on, when she was invited to become their band's vocalist and when Black Stones BLAST was formed, they started going out and moved in together. Ren was a laid-back and cool type who perfectly matched Nana's bold and direct behavior so their romance was very strong.
However, everything changed when Ren was offered a position as a guitarist in a popular band, Trapnest, in Tokyo. Because he grew up in an orphanage and his dream was to make it big, he didn't want to miss this chance, so he invited Nana to go with him. She refused, not only because of her pride, but also because she had dreams and ambitions of her own and she didn't want to be just a popular guitarist's girlfriend.
Even though they still loved each other very much, they knew that maintaining a long distance relationship was pointless, so they broke up. They meet a couple of years later, thanks to Hachi, who buys the tickets for a Trapnest live show and goes with Nana to watch their performance.
Nana and Ren get reunited that night and continue their romance. However, it is hinted throughout the series that Nana has never really forgiven Ren for leaving her behind, probably because her mother abandoned her as a child and she has a huge fear of losing someone close to her again.
They are one of the most sincere and intimate couples in anime. Hachi and Shoji Hachi is a person who can be happy only if she is in love, and she is known for falling in love with men quite easily. Her first serious relationship was with Shoji, a handsome and reliable art student. Before meeting him, she'd had an affair with a married businessman, Takashi Asano, who left her heartbroken until she met Shoji. They are both from the same hometown, but he moved to Tokyo because of his studies and part time job.
Hachi went after him and stayed with him. However, Shoji criticized her for being too dependent and that is when she decided to find her own apartment and job. That is when she met Nana for the second time and became her flatmate in the apartment Nana also means seven. She also manages to find a job. Hachi and Shoji's relationship soon goes downhill because Shoji realizes that Hachi loves him only because he loves her back, and he could not feel her real love for him.
He went on and cheated on her with his co-worker Sachiko and that is when they officially broke up. Nana was the one who comforted Hachi that day and let her cry in her arms. Later on, Hachi and Shoji meet for the first time after their break-up and talk normally, deciding that they should move on and forget about the past.
She had admired him even before meeting him, because she was already a fan of Trapnest. Takumi is described as a handsome, powerful and intimidating man, and she was attracted to him the moment she saw him. They began a secretive affair and even though Hachi was aware that he did not intend to become serious or that he did not care about her at all, she was afraid of being alone and decided to be content with their rare encounters that were mostly sexual in nature.
Takumi only uses her as his plaything and he knows that she cannot refuse him because she is afraid of loneliness and he is a womanizer. Nobu resembles Hachi a lot - he is also innocent and sensitive, just like her. While being attracted physically to Takumi, she gets emotionally attached to Nobu and he really falls in love with her.
